The BAPTC is governed by a Project Steering Board (PSB) composed of the following organizations:
* Secretary of the Department of Agriculture as Chairperson
* Benguet State University President as Vice Chairperson
* Regional Director of the Department of Agriculture – Regional Field Office – Cordillera Administrative Region as Member
* Benguet Provincial Governor as Member
* La Trinidad Municipal Mayor as Member
* Benguet Congressional Representative as member
* Farmer Leaders’ Council (FLC) Chairperson as Member
The PSB is the highest policy and governing body of the BAPTC. The members shall provide policy and strategic direction of the socio-economic enterprise. The de facto Chair of the PSB is the Secretary of the Department of Agriculture. The Vice Chairperson of the PSB is the President of Benguet State University. The PSB meets quarterly.
The PSB has the following functions:
a. Provide policy and strategic directions to the Project Management Office (PMO)
b. Review and approve the work program or annual operational plan of the PMO;
c. Review and discuss midyear and annual reports submitted by PMO;
d. Ensure that good governance principles are followed in relation to the attainment of the goal of the BAPTC
