The Benguet Agri-Pinoy Trading Center (BAPTC) Acting Chief Operations Officer Atty. Andres Arnold Wadingan Lampacan, CPA served as one of the resource speakers during the HIGHLAND VEGETABLE STAKEHOLDERS’ DIALOGUE at Benguet Sports Complex, Wangal, La Trinidad, Benguet.
The dialogue was organized by the Department of Agriculture – Regional Field Office – CAR to gain a better understanding of the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP), Foodlane project and the current issues regarding highland vegetables.
