- Restaurant. The restaurant is equipped with kitchen facilities occupying 100square meters (sqm) and another 100sqm dining area.
- Dormitory. The dormitory at the second floor of the commercial building has 18 rooms that can accommodate 40 people (4 rooms with single bed; 14 rooms with double beds). Rental at present is PhP500.00 per head per day.
- Business Stalls. There are three (3) business stalls and each has 50 sqm located at the first floor.
